CALL FOR MINI FILMS

In June 2025, France will host the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference – a key moment for the future of life on Earth. Protecting the ocean means protecting ourselves.

As part of the Year of the Sea, the Biarritz Film Festival – NOUVELLES VAGUES is joining forces with BLOOM to raise awareness about the ocean emergency. Together, they are inviting people under the age of 35 to share their vision of the oceans through a call for short films: the MINI FILMA*.
