The closing ceremony of the 2nd edition of the Biarritz Film Festival – NOUVELLES VAGUES, hosted by Ana Girardot, has just come to an end.

In front of a full house of 1,200 attendees, the winners received their trophies, imagined by students from the École Boulle and crafted by the Maison Desrues.

The jury was presided over by Léa Mysius and included Zoey Deutch, Vincent Lacoste, Manu Rios, Margaret Zhang, Arash Khaksari, Kim Higelin, and Kitty Chicha.

• Best Performance Award – Saoirse Ronan in The Outrun – Nora Fingscheidt
• Student Jury Prize – Eat the Night – Caroline Poggi & Jonathan Vinel
• Pass Culture Jury Prize – The Outrun – Nora Fingscheidt
• Audience Award – La nuit se traîne – Michiel Blanchart
• The International Artists’ Jury also gave a Special Mention to the film À son image – Thierry de Peretti
